Active across eight Northern California counties since 2009. All responders hold FEMA CERT certification. Response partnerships with American Red Cross Capital Region, CAL FIRE, and Sacramento County OES enable coordinated multi-agency disaster operations from initial evacuation through long-term recovery case management.
